CAMotion Inc. Presentation at 18th Annual AIST Crane Symposium
Rob Loomis from CAMotion Inc. recently spoke at the 18th annual Crane Symposium. Rob was invited to speak on the topic of advanced Crane Controls for overhead cranes. The event, which attracts hundreds of industry leaders, is sponsored by the Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST). The conference delivers pragmatic information and experiences from crane maintenance personnel, crane manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, and engineering consultants. This is the second year that CAMotion has presented at the conference.
Rob spoke specifically about EXPERTOPERATORTM, and the field trials that have demonstrated how this technology reduces collisions, increases productivity, and quickens operator training time. EXPERTOPERATORTM is a technology that helps novice crane operators drive a crane like an expert. Even novice crane operators can reduce load swing, increase productivity, and avoid collisions.
